Oliver

A born entrepreneur, Oliver launched his first company right after graduation.

His vision and determination led him to build a thriving business in the construction industry, growing it to over 100 employees from the ground up.

Jeremy

Jeremy pursued a 15-year career in the nuclear and defense industries.

Known for his bold approach, he played a key role in designing, constructing, and maintaining complex energy infrastructures, while managing large teams over the years.



Oliver and Jeremy's friendship began 25 years ago.

They graduated from the same engineering school in Marseille, France, in 2001.

MR. LUDWIG AND THE LUDWIGHOOK

Mr. Ludwig, the brilliant inventor behind the hook, combined his remarkable talent with hands-on experience in the logging industry to create what would become the gold standard in quick-release and auto-hook systems. Though Mr. Ludwig has passed, his legacy in the lifting industry remains stronger than ever.

LUDWIG SYSTEM

Peter Ruf, founder of Ludwig System, embraced the challenge of manufacturing LudwigHooks in Bad Reichenhall, Germany.

Since then, Ludwig System has earned a strong reputation for delivering affordable, high-quality wireless quick-release products to the industry.

To date, more than 5,000 LudwigHooks have been produced mostly for European and North American Market.

OTH PIONEER RIGGING

In 2018, Jeremy and Oliver embarked on their shared dream, taking a one-way flight to North America to start a joint venture.

A few months later, Oliver recognized the tremendous potential of wireless quick-release systems for the construction and transportation industries in Quebec, Canada.

After thorough research, it became clear: LudwigHook is the answer.



With its exceptional durability, efficiency, and safety features, this unexpected addition was perfectly suited for the demanding North American market.

OTH Pioneer Rigging was born.

10,000 HOOKS IN 2030 IN NORTH AMERICA

In May 2021, OTH Pioneer Rigging was founded, marking the debut of the LudwigHook in North America.

Within just 3 years, 1100 units were deployed across 250 businesses in 47 states, helping companies across various industries save time and enhance safety.

Collaborating closely with customers in the U.S. and Canada, OTH has documented over 30 unique applications of the LudwigHook in the construction and transportation sectors.



In June 2024, OTH and Ludwig System entered into an exclusive partnership with no time limit.
